Kevin Caleb Jezek, 1 Month and 7 days old, died November 25, 2007 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics following a short illness. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, on Monday, December 3, 2007 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 4300 Trail Ridge Road SE. Bishop Nathan Jensen will officiate. Friends may call at the church after 1:00 P.M., on Monday.

Survivors include his parents Sam Jezek and D'Angela Dorsey of Cedar Rapids; grandparents Jim and Jenine Jezek of Cedar Rapids, and Miriam Wells and husband Calvin of Omaha, NE. Caleb is also survived by numerous extended family members.

Kevin Caleb Jezek was born October 19, 2007 at Clarkson Medical Center, Omaha, Nebraska to Samuel Robert Jezek and D'Angela Mareatha Dorsey. Although his time with his family was short, his memory will forever live on in their hearts.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the memorial fund established in Caleb's honor.
