Dorothy Marie Scott Ross, 77, of Cedar Rapids, died Monday, September 24, 2007 at Manor Care following a long illness. Services: 1:00 P.M. Thursday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories. Entombment: Cedar Memorial Park Mausoleum. Friends may call at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories on Thursday from 12PM to 1PM. The Rev. Dr. T. Edwards Breed and Vicar Patricia Volberding of St. Andrew Lutheran Church will officiate.

Surviving are two sons, Steve Scott Cyndi and Timothy Ross all of Cedar Rapids; a brother, Jim Cutler Carol of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren, Amanda Millhollin Matt of Lafayette, IN, Ashley Scott of Cedar Falls, and Chris Ross and David Ross both currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan; and a great granddaughter, Brooklyn Millhollin.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Dorothy was born January 22, 1930 in Cedar Rapids the daughter of William and Marie Anderson Leake Cutler Brammer. She worked for Collins Radio for 14 years, and then she was a paralegal for the City of Cedar Rapids from 1966 to 1994. Upon retirement from the city she was a realtor for Skogman Realty. Dorothy was a member of St. Andrew Lutheran Church.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
