When we talked Tuesday about how to do the bananas for the banana split candles, little did we know...You yelled at me for not eating when Steph told me your cancer had returned. Little did we know....28 years ago tomorrow you stood next to me as my maid of honor at my wedding. For 35 years we have best friends through thick and thin, though miles apart. Last week I asked you if you were going to fight this or if you were too tired. You said you were gonna fight. You still had so much to do, so many lives to touch. Your pain is gone and Steve is right beside you. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. We love you all.

Lorie called and told me about the loss of Patty. Patty and Lorie spent alot of time together in J-high and part of high school and we always enjoyed having her at our house. I am sincerely sorry for your loss.
