Dear Family and Friends, I would like to express my condolences to you. I recently met Mr. Nelson in February of this year. I purchased the condominium above his at 4611 1st Ave. He has been a very sweet and considerate neighbor since day one. Assisting me with access to his garage so I could have a door opener installed in mine. He even came out to check and make sure the installation went okay. He would always wave or say hello while out for a walk around the complex or to pick up his mail. I will never forget the first time I introduced myself...He said I was so quiet that he did not think anyone was living above him. His beautiful flowers added "curb appeal" to our building too!
