Lois Oliva Elam

Dave and I feel as if we knew Aunt Lois through all the wonderful heartfelt stories told by the Gingrich group. Her positive impact was obvious on those who crossed her path, family and friends alike. How fortunate you were to have had Aunt Lois for so many years. Our prayers are with you.

I have many wonderful memories of Aunt Lois and too little time to share many here. She was always availible. She wrote me many times. At all significant points in my life, I have a letter of support and love from Aunt Lois. I will always remember the wonderful meals that she helped to bring to every family gathering. She always made us some pies and I am going to set the record straight. I am the brother who loved the banana cream the most. She somehow thought that Trevor loved them more, mistake. More recently, I have loved the time that she sat and reminisced about her life. She had so many accounts of a life well lived. Aunt Lois - I know you will be looking out for us down here. With your example and the examples you helped to form, I hope that I can play a small part to continue the legacy of our family.

Aunt Lois will be dearly missed. She was a wonderful peason, so full of spirit. Playing games was a favorite thing to do when visting her. She had such a love for her dog and cat. She will be missed but always remembered. We loved you Aunt Lois! Verlin and Diane Clay

My sympathies to Lois's family. I bowled at Lancer Lanes with Lois and she was truly a gracious lady. She was well liked by all the bowlers.
