Dorothy Evelyn White, 90, of Marion, passed away Thursday August 16, 2018 at Living Center East in Cedar Rapids, surrounded by her loving family.
 
Services will be held 11:00 Saturday August 25, 2018 at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Burial will follow at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

Survivors include daughters, Vicki, Deborah(Ron), sons, David(Becky), Brian(Dawn), and Timothy(Linda). 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren. Sisters, Donna and Irene. 

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, and son Steven, sisters Joy and Jewel, brothers Webster”Bud” and Cecil. 

Dorothy was born May 23, 1928 to parents Orville and Lucy Latting in Buckingham, Iowa. She traveled the world on a dime, enjoyed singing and dancing including being a member of the Sweet Adelines. She had a great sense of humor and was a jokester with family. She was best known as a giving person, putting her family first.
