Orvetta Ruth Cherry (Heath), 94, passed away on January 2nd, 2017 surrounded by her family.
Orvetta was born in Jefferson, IA to parents George and Drusilla (Daqit) Heath in April of 1922. She was one of five children, and went on to have two sons of her own.
She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Cherry, her brothers Lawrence and Dale, and her sister Drusilla.
Orvetta is survived by her brother Marvin, her sons, Duane Jorgenson and Roger Jorgenson and daughters, Carleta and Sherry.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 5th at 2 pm at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Services will be at 3pm on the same day, with burial at Cedar Memorial Park immediately following.
