Memorial

Tyriq L. Meeks joined the angels in heaven on November 23, 2016 at his home.  Services will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11 AM at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories with a visitation beginning an hour prior to service time at 10:00 AM.

Tyriq Lashun Meeks was born on October 13, 2016 to Carryne Olds and Andrew Meeks in Cedar Rapids.  He will forever be remembered for his sweet smiles and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his mother, Carryne Olds of Cedar Rapids; father, Andrew Meeks of Cedar Rapids; siblings, Dontrell and Tayeleigh Meeks and half sibling, Markeese Meeks all of Cedar Rapids; maternal grandmother, Christina Durant of Marion; paternal grandmother Rochelle (Michael) Johnson of Chicago and paternal grandfather, Dexter Meeks of Chicago; maternal great grandmother, Patricia and Johnathon O'Toole of Springville; and paternal great grandmother, Irene Lucky of Chicago.

Memorial donations may be directed to the family.
