Memorial
Patricia Rae Divis, 80, of Cedar Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 23, 2016, at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Cedar Rapids.
Visitation will be held 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, on Friday, August 26, 2016, in the Chapel of Memories State Room at Cedar Memorial Funeral Home in Cedar Rapids. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm, on Saturday, August 27, 2016, at the First Baptist Church in Marion. Burial will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.

Pat was born on June 30, 1936, in Cedar Rapids to Forest and Dorothy Maher Hunter. She grew up in Cedar Rapids and attended Marion High school. On June 16, 1956, she was united in marriage to Elmer Divis in Cedar Rapids, to this union four children were born. Pat worked at the Marion School District Food Service for several years before retiring in 1997. She enjoyed gardening, tending to her flowers and playing cards. She was an active member at the First Baptist Church in Marion.
Pat will be missed by her children, Cindy Andrews of Shellsburg; Shelly (Rob) Kolosik of Marion; Eric Divis of Marion; four grandchildren, Lisa (Kyle) Godfrey, Tina (Jason) Wehrman, Erin (Brice) Hill, Brandon Divis; two great-grandchildren, Wesley and Cooper Wehrman; two half-sisters, Linda Maher and Lori (Tim) Duffy, one half-brother, Tim (Elaine) Maher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Elmer of 52 years, two sisters, Jan and Nancy, and a son, John.
