She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, and a daughter, Patricia.

Virginia worked many years as a beautician besides raising her children. She collected many coffee cups from all the states she and her husband traveled through on their many vacations. Virginia loved to bake, especially sugar cookies. She also did beautiful embroidery work and crocheted many afghans. Virginia was a long time member of Asbury Methodist Church, loved going to Chada Potts and loved playing card games there. Virginia had a big heart and was always contributing to causes for less fortunate, even thought she had a limited income herself. Virginia and her husband loved to go dancing and liked to dance to the big band sounds. Virginia will be greatly missed by her family and her many friends.
