Summer Grace Habner, infant daughter of Johnny Habner and Nicole Fredericks, passed away Friday, May 29, 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home. Private graveside service will be held at Cedar Memorial’s Garden of Angels.
She is survived by her loving parents, her big sister Sienna; grandparents; Rodney Fredericks of Davenport; Christine Fredericks of Springville; Stephanie Johnson (Sidney) of Cedar Rapids; John Habner of Iowa City; and many loving aunts, uncles and family members.
She will never be forgotten and will always be in the hearts of her family and loved ones.
