We would like to thank the caregivers from Synergy who took care of Neil the last week before he entered Hospice.  All of you did such a great job and showed great compassion and care.  We would also like to thank Hospice for their extraordinary care of Neil the last 3 days of his life.  Your kindness and concern for Neil and all of the family will never be forgotten.
