My deepest sympathy to the Highley family. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers at such a sad time. Always remember the special times you spent with Mr. Highley and the memories will be there to make you smile when you least expect it. God be with you all and comfort you in your sorrow.

My condolences to the Highley family , I worked with Roy at Iowa Man. from 1972 to 1981 , and hunted deer with him and his son for the 1st time on his farm , I also helped him and my uncle (Henry Feuss) do odd jobs after work , he was a good friend .

It is a sad time when we loose a family member and a member of our Navy Association. May Roy rest in peace. He has been called to that great ship manned by other sailors. He has been recalled to serve with our savior. God bless Roy.
