Jeffrey D. Schueler, age 56, of Cedar Rapids, died Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center.

Funeral Services will be held 10:30 a.m. Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Jeffrey was born July 26, 1959 in Cedar Rapids to Merle and Rena (Grimm) Schueler.  He worked as the manager of the Rustic Ridge apartment complex.  Jeff will be remembered as a devoted and hardworking man.  He was the glue that held everyone together, and he will be dearly missed by all those who loved him.

Jeff is survived by his mother Rena of Cedar Rapids; six siblings: Clifford (Kathy) Schueler of Cedar Rapids; Bonnie Steepleton of Cedar Rapids; Gary (Shannon) Schueler of Cedar Rapids; Guy (Pamela) Schueler of Missouri; Cara (Rodger) Gray of Cedar Rapids; and Rena (Brian) Hartson of Marion; as well as many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Merle, in 2000.
