Hazel J. Schmidt, 80, of Cedar Rapids, passed away Friday, September 5, 2014.
Funeral service: 9:00 am Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at the Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories with the Rev. Cecil Ballard officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4-7 pm Tuesday at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.
Survivors include her children, Sandra (Steve) Daringer, Tim Schmidt and Chris (Dave) Truesdell, all of Cedar Rapids; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Joann, Dixie and Sue; brother, Tom.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Curtis, son Jeff, daughter Peggy, and daughter-in-law, Gerri.
