Donald Ray Polton, 71, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2014 at Sunnycrest Nursing Home in Dysart after a long illness.
Survivors include his wife Theresa, a daughter Virginia “Ginger” (Tom Jr.) Dowell-Campbell, sons; Donald Ray Polton Jr., William “Bill” Lloyd Polton, Joshua “Josh” Polton, Dustin Polton, Sisters; Dawn (Thomas) Brackett, Mary (Ray) Cameron, Kristine Polton, Karol (Dennis) Malone, Lois (Roger) Quandt and three grandchildren.
Donald is preceded in death by his parents and a sister Dorene.
Donald was born on February 19, 1943 in Cedar Rapids to Donald and Virginia (nee Lyons) Polton.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday September 13, 2014 at 1 PM at the Robins Community Center in Robins, IA. In lieu of flowers please consider a Memorial Donation in Donald's name.
