Timothy Ray Teel II, 6 days old, passed away in his parents arms on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at St. Luke’s Hospital.
A funeral service celebrating Timothy’s precious life will be held at 4:00 pm Monday, November 17, 2014 at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories with the Dr. Jim Coyle officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1:00-4:00 pm Monday at the Chapel of Memories.
Survivors include his parents, Hillary and Timothy; paternal grandmother, Althena Teel of Cedar Rapids; maternal grandmother, Lisa (Augustine) Perez of Cedar Rapids; maternal grandfather, Scott (Kim) Fillenworth of Marengo; Uncles, Jeremy (Amber) Teel of West Monroe, LA, Jeremy (Jessie) Hartman of Dysart, IA, Trenton Folkmann of Marengo; Aunts, Andrea (Bryan) Zaspal of Vinton, Marita Perez of Cedar Rapids, Mariah Fillenworth of Marengo; also surviving are many great grandparents, cousins and other extended family.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfather, Gary Fillenworth, paternal great grandparents, Ray and Dorothy Teel, maternal aunt, Melissa Fillenworth, paternal aunts, Barbara Carey and Mary Ash.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in his name.
