Harry James Yauslin, 72, of Marion, Iowa died Monday, November 17, 2014 at ManorCare Health Services in Cedar Rapids.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, November 21, 2014 at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Garden of Tranquility, officiated by Pastor Ronald Morrow of Gospel Light Baptist Church.
Harry was born May 3, 1942 in Marion, Iowa to Glen and Mary (Sidler) Yauslin. He was united in marriage to Nadean Mildred Bauerrichter on September 12, 1980 in Cedar Rapids.
He worked as a machinist at Iowa Manufacturing for twenty-four years, and he was a proud member of the Machinists Union Local 831. He enjoyed going on vacations with his wife, fishing, and he loved his dogs.
Harry is survived by a brother, Robert (Rochelle) Yauslin of Florida; several nieces and nephews; and dear friends Charles and Verna Randall of Marion.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nadean in June of 2014; his parents; a brother and a sister.
Memorial donations in Harry’s name may be directed to Gospel Light Baptist Church or the Cedar Valley Humane Society.
