Izetta V. Walker, 91 of Dubuque died  Friday December 26, 2014 at the Stonehill Care Center after a short illness. Services at 3:00 PM on Tuesday at the Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories in Cedar Rapids where friends may call after 2:30 PM. Entombment at the Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include four daughters, Calista (Clyde) Butson of Hazel Green, Wisconsin, Alice (Gail) Hoerner of Dubuque, Linda Walker of Mechanicsville, and Janet Walker (Dan Himes) of Dubuque; three sons, Raymond Noggle of Belle Plaine, Dennis (Julie) Thibadeau of Dubuque and John (Charla) Walker of Shullsburg, Wisconsin, and a sister Ivera Leyh of Sumner. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Edna, three brothers, one sister, two granddaughters Colleen and Meshell and a great great grandson Aaron LeRoy.

Izetta was born on October 11, 1923 in Castalia the daughter of Marshall and Alma Moore Perry. She worked at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids and retired from there after many years of service.  

Izetta enjoyed fishing, eating out, playing cards, dominos and especially the time spent with her beloved family. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.
