Donald M. Krumm, 90, of Cedar Rapids, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Willow Gardens Care Center. Services: 1 p.m. Sunday at Cedar Memorial Park Chapel of Memories by the Rev. Carroll Brown where friends may call after 12 p.m. Private Interment: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery. Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements.Survivors include his daughters, Rene Klosterman and Vicki (Leon) Mehring, all of Cedar Rapids and Denise (Chris) Ingalls of West Des Moines; daughter-in-law, Teri Krumm of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren, Olivia and Dane Mehring, Cade, Sela, and Saryn Ingalls, and Morgan Krumm; special cousin, Paul Brace; his brother, Fred Krumm of Hiawatha; and two sisters, Beverly Carnahan and Betty Kesler, both of Cedar Rapids. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Myrna, his son, Randy, and sister, Bonnie Meis.Don was born October 16, 1922 in Cedar Rapids to Fred and Jessie Krumm. He married Myrna Mollenhauer on May 23, 1958 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. She died in 2005. He was a Marine Corps veteran and a graduate of the University of Iowa. He was an insurance underwriter for United Fire and Casualty for many years.
